Ergonomics

What is “ergonomics”?

Ergonomics is the science of designing your workspace, tools, and tasks to fit your body and how you move. The goal is to reduce strain, prevent injuries, and help you work more comfortably and efficiently.

A Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist is an individual who has demonstrated competency in identifying and analyzing ergonomics risks in the workplace, particularly in office and industrial settings.
